Matured for 12 months in French oak hogsheads developing into a fruitful wine with a lifted nose of violet, cassis, liquorice and spiced mulberry fruits. An elegant wine displaying dark flavours of plum and blackberry compote, cherry liqueur and a sandalwood finish. Well worth cellaring.
